The on-site restaurant is convenient, and the room with a comfortable king-size bed and internet access is well-kept and modern, making it easy to reach from the nearby airport.

Way to expensive could have got a better hotel at the same price!!

Very amiable staff, very clean room, bed was comfortable. There's Ban Thai within 10 minutes walk or so, loved their menu. Furthermore, I could use free wifi...

The room is well-kept and has everything you need, like high-speed Internet and a comfy king-size bed. It's got all the little extras that make a stay great! 🌟

The beds were comfy and clean. The room was clean and relatively quiet (3rd floor). For the dollar value it was okay given that we were at a conference and only there to sleep and shower.

The hotel lobby and especially the elevator had a funky smell. Almost sewer like but not quite. The parking in the back was not convenient as there was no door to access the hotel so we had to walk around, late at night with sketchy people coming in and out of the bar. It did not feel safe, especially when we were being yelled at by bar patrons. The bathroom had a coat of paint covering peeling, cracked paint and bubbling ceiling. There was water leaking from toilet. But the rooms were maintained, clean and we didn't feel unclean staying there. Just some details need to be attended to.

The elevator smelled as if someone had smelled recently smoked marijuana inside of it.

During my 2-night stay at this place, I really enjoyed the convenient location. It's right by West Edmonton and South Common, making it easy to explore around. I was pleasantly surprised to find HDMI ports in the room 🎉. I also had a nice meal at the on-site restaurant nearby.

The place was beautifully kept, with outstandingly accommodating staff; truly enjoyed the hotel during Christmas.

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Reasoable rates.

Really bad smell in the rooms and hallways. Elevator and hallways were sketchy and dirty.

This place is a fantastic base for sightseeing, with a wonderful location and hot breakfast with jam.

Passage way from parking to lobby was awful.

Beautifully kept and great venue, optimal location just next door to Edmonton, the Wedt Ed mall, and the restaurant, truly enjoyed our stay. Was an interesting place for christmas.

Ordered breakfast, it was terrible, it should be far better, really.

The location here is great, right next to a mall and restaurants, and the staff are really friendly - plus, they serve a tasty hot breakfast with jam.

massive renos were done and it is now like a new hotel. The staff were friendly. coffee in the room, a bar fridge. (I only mention this because I was in the US and there was no coffee, no bar fridge and no microwave in the room).
